Baby Update...

I am officially 37 weeks and 5 days along so Adam and I were debating if I would be dilated at the appointment I had today. He said I'd be "zero" and although I have had no pelvic pain or contractions, I argued that I should atleast be a 1/2 or even 1 centimeter would make me feel a little better about this baby's progress. Before checking the doctor asked if I'd like to be at a 10... quickly replied "No, I have just lost my 2nd counselor and my secretary in my young women's presidency and with the new year, we have a lot to plan and do so I need atleast a week to get things organized and get my 1st counselor some help...I can't be praying over names at the side of my hospital bed, I'd like to concentrate on my new addition!" So he says, "well let's see,...you are at a four." "Your kidding right? When I was at a four with Baylee my water broke and when I was at a four with Asher my contractions were two to three minutes apart and I was admitted. You're kidding because I just said I needed a week right??!?" "Nope, you are at a four. If you need a week, you better take it easy." Hmmm... guess the juries out and we'll see what this week brings!

Holy cow I can't believe it!!! I am so excited for you! Please let me know if I can help in any way. Do you need a babysitter, dinners? Let me know. That is so exciting! I am hoping that I will go early too. I have been panicking though the last few days because I am not ready with my bags packed, baby stuff out, house cleaned. We will get there. I am working on it.
Let me know your e-mail address so I can add you to my blog. I made it private recently.

That is so awesome, kind of I guess. good luck on the week. It's too bad babies just come whenever they want. Maybe she'll just slip right out, that would be cool. Good luck. Can't wait to see her, I just love baby girls!!
