Asher has really warmed up to Laney... At first he really didn't want to have anything to do with her, but now the second she wimpers he runs to her side and if I am a hint ahead of him he yells," no me!" It's so cute. He is surprisingly gentle with her. Of course he wouldn't be a boy if he didn't occasionally speed through the living room and try hurdling over her to accidentally pounce on a flailing limb...but he does apologize.

Oh, that is so cute! It's funny how it takes kids a little bit to warm up sometimes, but then they become so protective and loving!
